Your Role
As a Product Insights Specialist, you will work in a digital environment within the Product team, collaborating with POs and PMs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring KPIs and understanding product performance on a daily basis
  • Exploring data to find actionable insights and making product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more
  • Defining and executing recurring and ad hoc performance reports
  • Analyzing the performance impact of any product and marketing strategy changes
  • Working in coordination with the BI team to optimize reporting tools and strategy
  • Recommending and analyzing multivariate experiments


What You'll Achieve
As a Product Insights Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving product performance. You will work closely with the Product team to identify trends, opportunities, and problems, and develop insights to inform product decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our products and services, leading to better user experiences and increased customer satisfaction.
