Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the development of our school's curriculum.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their growth and development.
- Take a proactive approach to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student welfare and pastoral care.
- Manage classroom resources and materials, ensuring that they are organized and easily accessible for students.
- Participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities, promoting a sense of community and school spirit.
- Line manage a teaching assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure their effective contribution to the team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous experience in a teaching role, preferably in an international school setting.
- The ability to differentiate and deliver conceptual, engaging, and inquiry-based lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Familiarity with collaborative planning and team-teaching approaches.
