About the Role:
The position reports to the Senior Controller for Sin nombre and is in charge of the consolidation of the financial information of the subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elaboration and reporting of the monthly closings for each Head Office, including financial control, following and analysis of expenditures and deviations, flash sales, and packages (P&L) of the subsidiaries.
- Elaboration of the necessary information for the quarterly consolidations and hard closings of the Group.
- Assure, secure, and support the achievement of sales goals, operative results, and DSO by brand, as well as Cash Flow by entity.
- Elaboration and supervision of the budgets of the company (budget and revisions) and implementation of action plans (Contingency plans) to protect the operative result of the company.
- Elaboration and supervision of the three-year plan of the company.
- Elaboration and following of operating accounts by customers/channels/areas to obtain adequate financial analysis for more precise decision-making.
- Elaboration and delivery of the necessary financial information to auditors for the preparation of the annual accounts of the company.
- Maintenance and development of new projects and procedures of the company, with special emphasis on compliance with internal audit rules.
- Revision of the rates of the company (including supervision of compliance with margins in international rates for Sin nombre).
- Elaboration, control, and following of the expense distributions of Back Office and Front Office.
- Provide necessary support to the Finance and Management team to assist in decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration.
- Masters in Controlling or International Business.
- At least 7 years of experience in an International Controlling role within a retail company, having worked with subsidiaries and export companies.
- Result-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
- Highly analytical, attention to detail, and ability to crunch data into a manageable format.
- Proactive and collaborative.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate analysis into recommended action plans.
