Lead Engineer of Client Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer of Client Partnerships to join our team in Spain. This senior role will oversee client development, execute strategic decisions, and manage teams.
The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in Unity and demonstrable expertise in multiplayer games. Knowledge of Java, Kotlin, or GoLang is also required.
As the Head of Client Engineering Role, you will be responsible for managing up to 20 people and working closely with the CEO. You will also collaborate with the head of server who handles the backend infrastructure.
This is a remote start opportunity with relocation to Spain within 6 months. A total relocation package and VISA assistance will be provided to support your move. The salary for this position is up to €120,000 per year.
