Admissions Recruiter

Job Summary:

As an Admissions Recruiter at Ama Educational Systems Holdings Inc, you will play a crucial role in executing the marketing and outreach plan to achieve enrollment targets. You will be responsible for coordinating with high school officials, planning local marketing strategies, and spearheading new initiatives to promote the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new student enrollment through approved marketing and sales strategies
Coordinate with high school officials on career orientation and guidance
Plan and implement local marketing strategies, including market share identification and budgetary requirements
Spearhead new strategies and programs for the promotion of the school
Act as a career speaker in outreach-related activities
Monitor outputs of outreach teams and consolidate reports
Train front-line staff during outreach and enrollment periods
Attend marketing conferences, trainings, and seminar workshops as the official representative of the campus
Prepare daily enrollment reports
Assist in enrollment and entertain telephone inquiries and prospective clients/enrollees

Requirements:

Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 3 years of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills
