Your Role
As our new Strategic Operations Leader, you will be responsible for owning and improving the operational part of our unit economics. You will define key performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with our leadership team. Your focus areas will include reducing cost per student, overseeing quality and KPIs of key operational processes, and leading strategic operational projects.
