About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team at roadsurfer. As a key member of our pricing and revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing models and algorithms to optimize revenue and profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
- Design and implement data visualizations and reporting to support business decision-making
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing and revenue optimization, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Metabase
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in business English
