Job Description:
In this role as a Procurement & Intercompany Specialist, you will join our global Corporate Functions team in Barcelona. Collaborate closely with colleagues across all locations to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure smooth operation of our company.
Your Work Environment
You will be based in our Barcelona office, where we offer a flexible mobile working policy that allows you to work effectively from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope potential sourcing projects and negotiate contracts;
- Plan and execute sourcing events; participate in required procurement councils;
- Develop global procurement processes and assist countries with sourcing events;
- Manage global intercompany operations by creating and aligning project-specific service agreements for all locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A successfully completed university degree with a business focus;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, procurement processes, and methodologies;
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, combined with excellent collaboration, influencing, and communication abilities;
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills;
- Proficiency in S/4HANA;
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
