We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Success Manager Europe to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

As an Advanced Analytics Success Manager Europe, you will be responsible for optimizing adoption and business impact from advanced analytics data products across marketing, sales, pricing & logistics within Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the advanced analytics central team on the conceptualization of statistical algorithmic methodologies and acting as an ambassador for the region.
  • Collecting explicit and tacit feedback from regional teams and translating it into requirements.
  • Managing routines with regional sales-teams to ensure advanced analytics adoption within Europe.
  • Promoting advanced analytics dashboards as instruments to drive sales effectiveness and adopting them to regional requirements.
  • Assisting in identifying appropriate data sources to gain deep insights into the market and enhancing the performance of data science models.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in business analysis and good knowledge of data science use cases, methodologies, and tools.
  • Databases (e.g., Oracle, AWS S3), ETL tools (e.g., Talend), and Big Data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
  • Desirable skills in working with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI).
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, high commitment, and resilience to navigate and overcome roadblocks and politics.
