Your Mission

As a Senior Business Process Services expert, your mission will be to:

  • Identify customer requirements through functional analysis
  • Ensure the good execution of projects by monitoring tasks
  • Develop solutions in collaboration with expert programmers
  • Conduct training for key users
  • Present solutions and new features of the ERP

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in ERP implementation or other software for the industry
  • Functional knowledge in production, planning, logistics, purchasing, and sales modules
  • Experience in the manufacturing environment
  • Native/Fluent level of written and verbal communication in Spanish
  • Good level of written and verbal communication in English
  • Desirable: Technical expertise and knowledge of Catalan
