Job Overview

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking an experienced Asset Care Strategist to join our team in a pan-European role. In this position, you will play a key part in delivering asset care programs that optimize the performance and maintenance costs of CCEP assets across Europe.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing asset care strategies that maximize asset utilization while minimizing maintenance costs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of asset care plans.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions and optimize asset care processes.
  • Maintaining relationships with equipment suppliers and OEMs to ensure timely support and resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • Proven experience in asset management, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
