Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and supervise accounting for our international subsidiaries, working closely with local advisors and outsourcing partners.
- Ensure timely and high-quality preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for our subsidiaries, presented to management.
- Support group reporting according to IFRS, coordination of inter-company accounts, and external audits.
- Develop and implement accounting processes and respective KPIs for supervision.
- University degree in economics or accounting, or commercial education with qualified training.
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international company and/or for Polish entities.
- Good knowledge of local accounting standards, IFRS, analytical mindset, and strong understanding of numbers.
- High sense of responsibility, owner-mentality, and ability to manage fast-close processes in an international group.
- Fluent English skills, high level of teamwork and communication skills, and other language proficiencies an advantage.
