A well-established organization is seeking an SAP HCM Specialist to join their project team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP HCM and a strong background in Spanish payroll.
This role involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration with S/4HANA. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing SAP HCM modules for Spanish payroll processes
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration with S/4HANA
- Providing expert guidance on local payroll regulations and statutory requirements
- Participating in configuration, testing, documentation, and user training
- Assisting in issue resolution and optimization during project phases
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Spanish payroll
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and regulatory compliance in Spain
- Prior experience in S/4HANA projects is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting
