About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced technical support professional to join our team in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will provide expert assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer exceptional customer service via phone, email, and remote communication channels.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills, including Windows OS, iOS, Android, and database management.
- Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and documentation.
- 2-3+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- A competitive salary of approximately €35,000 per year, based on industry standards for technical support professionals in Madrid.
