Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for installing cabling and new racks within our data centers, adhering to security and safety best practices. You will also be involved in:
- Installation and testing of copper and Fiber Optic cabling
- Basic build and troubleshooting of network devices
- Adhering to defined escalation processes and standard operating procedures
- Project management of multiple projects with the ability to deliver within designated time frames
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our cloud infrastructure services. If you have experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, networking, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Experience in networking
Prior experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure is a plus. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
