About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect with Software Engineering Expertise to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our cloud observability team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions in our product that enable digital transformation in well-known companies and startups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud observability solutions that deliver insights and value to our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our product with cloud technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization.
  • Lead the development of cloud-based solutions, leveraging your expertise in cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting technical leadership and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, applying your knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a software product company.
  • Excellent knowledge and broad experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Certification as AWS Solution Architect Associate & Professional or equivalent in other clouds, or relevant knowledge.
  • Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills, with a passion for delivering cloud observability solutions.
  • Good English skills and understanding of DevOps and SRE principles and challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with line-of-business application/system monitoring configuration using open-source monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Jaeger, Grafana), commercial ones (Dynatrace, Data Dog, New Relic, etc.), or native platform tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP).
