The Job
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer (Manual Testing) to oversee the test case design and execution of critical features in our eCommerce marketplace for a top Food & Beverage company.
The mission involves supporting various teams during execution, bug investigation, and validation, ensuring a seamless software life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and functional specifications into test cases to guarantee proper coverage.
- Design and write test cases for manual execution, ensuring traceability between features, test plans, and test executions.
- Identify risks due to limitations and constraints to prevent execution hiccups and bottlenecks.
- Monitor testing progress and provide status updates to the development team.
- Develop automation and API testing knowledge to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and other teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Significant experience (3 years) in complex IT environments and large companies.
- Proven experience in manual test case design and requirement analysis.
- Understanding of all testing phases, including E2E testing and Regression Testing.
- Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, XRay, Postman, and other testing tools.
- ISTQB Certification is highly valued.
