We are seeking an HR Legal Specialist to join our team at Volotea, a dynamic and international airline company. The successful candidate will have experience in interacting with different cultural environments and be able to work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for handling employees in Spain, ensuring labor law compliance and managing contracts, paid and unpaid leaves, and documents.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and control HR databases such as SuccessFactors.
  • Organize and participate in different HR events and meetings.
  • Coordinate between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
  • 3+ years experience working in Employment Law.
  • Practical knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
  • Motivated to join the HR Department.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
