Key Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for handling employees in Spain, ensuring labor law compliance and managing contracts, paid and unpaid leaves, and documents.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and control HR databases such as SuccessFactors.
- Organize and participate in different HR events and meetings.
- Coordinate between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
- 3+ years experience working in Employment Law.
- Practical knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
- Motivated to join the HR Department.
- Proactive, goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
