Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to effectively target different customer groups
• Design and implement retention campaigns to keep existing customers engaged and loyal to the platform
• Develop acquisition campaigns to attract new customers to the platform, understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base
• Implement lifecycle management strategies to nurture customers throughout their journey with the company, from onboarding to becoming VIP players
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to improve CRM strategies and drive business growth

Requirements:

• Understanding of gaming culture, trends, and player motivations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Data-driven decision-making ability
• Experience with customer relationship management software
• Proven client relationship management experience in iGaming
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking skills
• Must be fluent in English and have sufficient command of Russian or Ukrainian

Additional Requirements:

• Portuguese or Spanish is a huge plus
