Senior International Payroll and HR Services Manager
This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic and hands-on approach to driving the growth and success of our Payroll and HR Admin services in Europe and the USA.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in European payroll processing and HR administrative services, as well as strong experience in leading cross-border teams and managing complex operations.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to expand and improve our Payroll and HR Admin service offerings, oversee and deliver top-tier payroll processing and HR admin services to international clients, lead and manage a cross-border team to ensure seamless and compliant payroll processing and HR admin services.
- Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, 10+ years of progressive payroll processing and HR admin services experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
