Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Professional to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. As a key member of our digital transformation, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our organization.

About the Role

This is a permanent position requiring a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IAM products and experience in managing similar roles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish Best Practices: Develop and maintain operating standards and best practices for IAM, ensuring seamless integration with software and hardware specifications.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Document all activities during installation, record deviations and remedial actions, and ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
  • IAM Development: Design and implement IAM features according to organizational needs, prioritizing data security and integrity.
  • Data Security: Secure hardware (backup procedures, data recovery, logging, post-incident start-up, etc.) and electronic information (confidentiality, access).
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform IAM maintenance, upgrading hardware and software, and document processes to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify user problems, propose solutions, and assess potential side effects.
  • System Integrity: Control functional updates, software or hardware additions, and maintenance activities to ensure system integrity and compliance with budget requirements.
  • Proactive Measures: Take proactive steps to ensure a stable and secure IAM infrastructure.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data, communicate findings, and drive diagnostic tests to evaluate performance metrics.
  • Data Protection: Develop data security and restoration policies, procedures, and controls to protect enterprise data and information.
  • Security Policy Implementation: Implement information security policy regarding IAM and analyze security risks to manage them effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
  • 3-5 years' experience in IAM product management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM architecture, data security, and best practices in database management.
  • Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €90,000 - €110,000, depending on experience.
