Job Title: Data And Model Governance Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Model Governance Consultant to join our team at Equifax, Inc. As a key member of our Data team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper governance and use of our data assets and models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with compliance professionals to ensure the efficient use of data assets and models.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in data and model governance processes.
  • Maintain and evolve data policies and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve defined goals and provide visibility of data model governance milestones.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Engineering, Math, or Statistics with a strong understanding of data and models.
  • Ability to lead change management on data and model governance within the company.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or similar languages to complement data and model governance initiatives.
  • Advanced level of English spoken and written.
  • Ability to create methodologies and roadmaps to implement data strategy.
