About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Expert to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture Advisory Team, you will play a crucial role in guiding our key clients in the NA region on their SAP transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement holistic enterprise architecture models that support established enterprise goals.
  • Guide clients through the SAP transformation process, particularly those initiating a RISE with SAP transition.
  • Utilize proven Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks to support client success.
  • Collaborate with clients to align their strategy and required business capabilities with SAP's solutions and Clean Core principles.
  • Facilitate innovation and adoption of new business models and technologies, increasing the acceptance and usage of SAP's solution portfolio.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of work experience in a customer experience role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
  • Profound work experience as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Proven experience delivering Enterprise Business Transformation through Application delivery.
  • Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles as well as the usage of SAP LeanIX & Signavio as tools to document Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
  • Industry-specific knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Consumer Goods, Retail, Discrete Manufacturing, Process & Life Science Industries, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Professional Services, Public Sector, etc.
  • Professional Training & Certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect P SAPEA 2023, TOGAF) as a plus.
  • S/4HANA Application or/and SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge/experience would be a great benefit.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at the senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.
