Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of product roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver product features that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop product experiences that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain key metrics to evaluate product performance and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with data science and business development teams to identify trends, portfolio gaps, and new product opportunities.
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering client or cloud-based platform products and features.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, customers, and executives.
- Technical background in APIs & SDKs using WebRTC, with experience in building real-time video or voice-based customer experiences.
- Strong technical software development background, with the ability to prototype with product APIs.
- Experience in identifying success metrics and analyzing data.
