We have become the leading all-in-one travel management solution with over 1200 people in 9 offices across Europe and North America.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our sales incentive structures and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs within the B2B SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales compensation plans tailored to the unique needs of a B2B SaaS sales environment.
- Implement Special Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFFs) to achieve targeted objectives.
- Analyse sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of existing commission structures.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to propose and implement adjustments to optimise sales team motivation and drive revenue growth.
