We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our indirect global network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and lead development, with a minimum of two years of experience in related work. Prior international exposure and internship experience in sales programs will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lead generation activities to improve existing sources and proactively find new ones.
  • Present business opportunities to potential partners and support negotiations to achieve final agreements.
  • Negotiate and develop agreements with suppliers.
  • Support the start-up operations of new partners.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and strategies to support business standards.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, international meetings, and conventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or similar with strong academic performance.
  • Excellent mastery of written and spoken English, and native Nordic language; other languages are favorable (Spanish/Italian).
  • Solid communication skills, ambitious, and able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other business productivity software.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong familiarity, and adeptness for analyzing data and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important matters.
