About the RoleAs a key member of our acquiring operations team, you'll be responsible for leading the discovery, build-up, and management of new lines of business within acquiring. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the expansion of the acquiring department into new geographies and verticals
- Build and optimize scalable processes to drive acquiring hyper-growth
- Develop and implement department strategies, including product investigation
- Manage relationships with key external partners and distributors
- Identify and prioritize new features to provide a seamless customer experience
- Explore and define which projects the team should prioritize, and set a timeline to reach goals quickly
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced operations manager who can bring a fresh perspective to our acquiring operations team. You'll need to have a strong background in strategy and business building, as well as hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R.
