Electrical Engineering Manager for Dry-Type Transformers

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our dry-type transformer team in Europe. This role involves managing bid and proposal teams across all European factories, distributing workload, developing people, and maintaining tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing bid and proposal teams across all European dry-transformer factories
  • Distributing workload, developing people, and developing and maintaining tools
  • Ensuring up-to-date technical acumen
  • Ensuring high accuracy and quality in the costing and scope of proposals
  • Training and managing direct reports
  • Identifying and leading improvements to current processes, templates, and costing sheets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • More than 10 years of experience in a similar role in Electrical Engineering or Power Industry
  • Experience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects with demonstrable technical knowledge on substation automation systems or protection systems
  • Conversant with MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across functions and positions and countries
