Job Title: Linux Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Administrator to join our team at Airbus. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing support on IT topics in the planning, development, and implementation of new functionalities in our digital platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Users' administration
  • Installation and maintenance of HW and SW on Linux Servers: CentOS 6, 7, and 8, and Ubuntu
  • File servers' administration Ubuntu and CentOS 6, 7, and 8 with RAID10 or NetAPP
  • Collaborative Servers administration like Redmine, Dokuwiki, or Gitlab
  • Monitoring Server administration like Zabbix or Grafana
  • Support and resolution of incidents to Windows and Linux users on site or ex situ
  • Automation of common tasks
  • Process documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems with user and administrator level
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems with user level
  • Knowledge of collaborative and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of LAN networks
  • Good team spirit and business-orientation

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Capability to integrate and work in multidisciplinary design teams
  • Capability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Methodical and organized
  • Passion, motivation, and creativity
