- Process leasing paperwork, including applications, credit checks, and rental history.
- Take accountability for daily leasing operations and provide professional responses.
- Attend training programs as required.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Fine dexterity to operate computers, calculators, and office equipment.
- Visual acuity to inspect documents for accuracy.
- Ability to hear and speak English to communicate effectively.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide social benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
