Job Title: Catalan Multimedia Content Reviewer

We are seeking a highly skilled Catalan Multimedia Content Reviewer to join our team at Welocalize. As a trusted global transformation partner, we accelerate the global business journey by enabling brands and companies to reach, engage, and grow international audiences.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, localizing, fact-checking, translating, and adapting Apps, Music, Video, Sports, and Fitness related content while adhering to our writing style guide and guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of market-specific research on local content, product, and terminology trends, as well as best localization practices for the target audience in their market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and localize multimedia content for various platforms
  • Conduct market-specific research to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Provide feedback on written content from others
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content
Requirements:
  • BS/BA and 2+ years of work experience in linguistics, journalism, copywriting, or copy-editing media content
  • Native-level fluency in Catalan
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills in Catalan
  • Tech savvy with strong practical knowledge of computers and mobile devices
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Collaborative and enjoys teamwork in a multicultural environment
