About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Grupo Crit. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our international clients via email and phone, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify and address customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Utilize advanced language skills in Danish and English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance language skills and customer service expertise.

Requirements
  • Danish native language skills and a good level of English proficiency.

  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database.
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Affinity with travel platforms and experience in customer service or call center environments.
