We are seeking a talented Sales Agent to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our tourism and hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Job Overview

At Boataround, we are passionate about providing unforgettable experiences for our customers. Our Sales Agents play a critical role in achieving this goal by interacting with customers via phone and email, understanding their booking requirements, and providing accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer-oriented skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Fluency in English, Russian, and French is required, as well as a strong solution-driven approach and flexibility to work on shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate bookings.
  • Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and special requests.
  • Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of 19,000 - 25,000€ per year, plus shift allowance and commissions from sales. Additionally, you will enjoy:

  • 27 vacation days per year.
