About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our ERP Domain team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving long-term functional priorities, delivering framework for systems/applications, integration and infrastructure deployment in line with our overall business strategy, objectives, guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demand, Governance, Roadmap
    • Manage demand and requirements, interacting with stakeholders to ensure well-qualified requirements for build/project teams.
    • Collaborate with IT Strategy and governance for the maintenance of the function's roadmap / 3-year plan.
    • Plan asset lifecycle, ensuring all required activities and timelines are known, planned for execution, and followed through.
    • Manage high-level function capacity, identifying and driving remediation of long-term function capacity shortages.
    • Develop governance processes & frameworks, ensuring all required frameworks exist, are executed and fit-for-purpose.
  2. Support processes for ERP landscape
    • Ensure effective support of services in scope and restoration of services within agreed SLA.
    • Support teams in major incidents and critical situation resolution, and communicate to stakeholders.
    • Contribute to IT Service Catalog, setting direction for service introduction and end user support.
  3. Project and Program Delivery
    • Provide leadership to program and project planning.
    • Translate roadmaps and demand to programs and projects, preparing business cases.
    • Ensure efficient project delivery planning and governance.
  4. Manage and lead function's plan team
    • Manage people, recruitment, and budget planning.
    • Oversee work scheduling, coordination, prioritization, and follow through by other staff members.
Requirements
  • Experience in leadership role connected to ERP technologies.
  • Experience in managing organizations of 100+ people, across internal and supplier teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within ERP technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry, business processes (supply and finance) and user needs.
  • Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to advise/negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables.
