Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Coordinator GenAI to join our team in Budapest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and supporting GenAI use cases/requests globally. This is a long-term position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities- Business analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities and challenges related to GenAI use cases.
- Interviews and meetings: Conduct interviews and meetings with business partners to define use cases and requirements.
- Request tracker management: Manage the request tracker and reporting/dashboards to ensure timely and effective delivery of GenAI solutions.
- Reporting and documentation: Provide regular progress reports and document user training resources and workflows/processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- University degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Information Technology or a related field.
- +5/+8 years of IT work experience, including +3 years as a business analyst.
- Previous experience working as a business analyst involving AI, text/data analytics projects in the workplace.
- Familiarity with generative AI and Python programming language.
- Experience with formal IT project management best practices (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills, reporting, and documenting abilities.
