About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic professional to provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Spain. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for daily follow-ups with customers, resolving issues, and guiding them on how to best utilize our product. Previous experience working with farmers is highly valued but not required. We offer comprehensive training on our technology and encourage personal growth within the company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Maintain close customer contact and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and update customer records in our CRM system
  • Evaluate performance metrics to improve product efficiency
