Salesforce Solution Consultant/BA Job Description

TEKsystems, a leading staffing and recruiting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst/Solution Consultant to join our team at a top-tier insurance firm in Madrid, Spain.

We are looking for an expert who has extensive experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce Billing. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to refine user stories, prepare them for technical design, and ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to engage with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Refine and document user stories to ensure they are ready for technical design.
  • Work closely with Technical Architects (TAs) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce Billing.
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct user training and support post-implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Solution Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce Billing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
