Key Responsibilities- Undertake a busy and varied workload of employment matters, advising employers on a range of issues, including discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract litigation.
- Work on complex projects, including restructuring and TUPE, in the UK and across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide general employment advisory work, including telephone and email support.
- Supervise the work of trainees and paralegals, and contribute to their development.
- Participate in business development activities, including client seminars and training.
- Contribute to non-fee earning activity, such as knowledge sharing and internal training.
- We are looking for a Senior Associate with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience of advising clients in the financial services sector and multi-national commercial clients is highly desirable.
- Must have experience of working on tribunal claims and other contentious matters.
- Independent thinker with a focus on generating commercial solutions to problems on behalf of clients.
- Confident communicator with an ability to develop relationships with clients and influence at all levels.
- Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
