We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our team at David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd. Our company provides unparalleled recruitment services for international companies across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top-notch talent, with a strong focus on French-speaking candidates. They will be responsible for conducting screenings, assessing qualifications, and determining the perfect fit for specific job roles.

As a Freelance Recruitment Specialist, you will work directly with our SDM and MD to drive successful recruitment placements. You will also be responsible for keeping a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and building lasting relationships with them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diving into your own sourcing channels, job boards, social media, and networking to source, hunt, and attract top-notch candidates.
  • Conducting screenings, assessing qualifications, and determining the perfect fit for specific job roles.
  • Working directly with our SDM and MD to drive successful recruitment placements.
  • Keeping a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and building lasting relationships with them.
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.
  • Keeping candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference.

Requirements include:

  • Proficient in English/French (spoken and written) - this is non-negotiable.
  • Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1).
  • Proven experience sourcing/hunting/recruiting French-speaking talent (within Volume Tech/SaaS/BPO/Languages).
  • Important to have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10,000 connections.
  • Stellar communication and people skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
  • Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
