Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Regional Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for our smart metering electricity business in the region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs and pain points
  • Presenting the value of our solutions and mobilizing business department resources to implement projects
  • Formulating and implementing marketing strategy for responsible markets and related products and solutions
  • Planning and implementing marketing activities (exhibitions, summits, seminars, etc.)
  • Using digital tools to gain timely insight into changes in the market and customers, taking precautions, and stabilizing and increasing market share
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • More than 3 years of sales experience in utility or renewable energy business
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and local resources or connections in electricity distribution utility
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Experience in regional strategic planning and talent team training
  • Basic international trade knowledge and international finance knowledge
