As a rapidly expanding leader in natural and organic cosmetic ingredients, we're looking for an ambitious BtoB Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Iberian and Latin American markets. This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the global growth of a company that values sustainability, innovation, and quality.

Your Role:

You'll lead our sales efforts in Spain and South America, building strong relationships with end users and distributors alike. You will be responsible for developing customised solutions for customers, maintaining strategic partnerships, and managing our market presence through participation in key industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Iberian and Latin American markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  1. Educated professionals with a background in chemistry or cosmetic chemistry and a passion for natural and organic products.
  2. Experienced in international business development, ideally in the cosmetic ingredients sector.
  3. Fluent in Spanish and English, with a good knowledge of French to liaise with our head office.
  4. Autonomous, self-motivated, and with excellent interpersonal skills.

  1. A competitive remuneration package: Enjoy a generous base salary of +/- €55,000 gross per annum over 12 months, with the potential to increase earnings by up to 15% through performance-related bonuses, and a company car.
