We're seeking a highly skilled Data Center Junior Operations Engineer to join our Spain-Portugal team, working closely with our Data Center Site Manager and supporting site operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support Management in Maintenance, Operations, Projects, Security, and Cleaning of assigned facilities.
  • Provide technical support in supervising service execution.
  • Assist in personnel management, including training, selection, and labor relations.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and procedures in Risk Prevention, Health and Safety, and Quality.
  • Supervise methodologies implemented and provide support in budget preparation.
  • Generate reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valuable financial knowledge.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • Data Analysis Tool proficiency (Python, Minitab).
  • Fluent English (B2+ - C1).
