Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth through strategic planning and leadership. As a Global Supply Optimization Lead, you will lead supply planning and alignment activities between production sites in the region, ensuring timely supply to customers and providing supporting information for monthly sales forecasts.

  • Manage and analyze allocation of customers' orders between sites to enable best support based on plan and real-time availability.
  • Support local Regional Central Command Planning (RCCP) in regional sites.
  • Support drippers transferring to meet orders reallocation.
  • Support/backup local planners in the region.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, science-related field, or similar discipline (Master's degree preferred; MBA ideal).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SC planning activities (Demand/Production/Inventory).
  • Experience in a global organization planning process implementation.
  • Excellent human relations and ability to lead and implement planning processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under continual deadline constraints.
  • Experience with reporting to management including costing implications and supply commitments.

Salary and Benefits
