This position provides an excellent opportunity to dive into the digital marketing industry. You will gain comprehensive knowledge from both operational and technical perspectives, all from a product-owner standpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring a smooth integration.
  • Conference Design and Merchandise Management: Manage conference design requirements and merchandise, including:
    • Working with organizers for deadlines and design specifications
    • Coordinating with designers to meet deadlines
    • Proposing new ideas for merchandise
  • Social Media Revitalization: Revitalize our social media presence with regular postings.
  • Traffic Quality Monitoring: Monitor traffic quality and report any flagged sources to account managers.
  • Marketing and Sales Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Account Management Support: Assist the affiliate team with account management tasks, such as managing small accounts and supporting optimizations.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with partners.
  • Backup Support: Provide backup support as needed during holidays, conferences, and other events.
Requirements
  • Degree related to online/digital marketing/communication or similar
  • Excellent English written and communication skills
  • Fast learner, eager to learn
  • Committed & proactive
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Team player, enthusiastic individual with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Initiative & proactivity, ability to identify problems/obstacles, make recommendations and follow through with solutions
  • Be eligible for an agreement with your University
  • The candidate should be based in Barcelona
