About the Role
Sytex is a platform that enables teams to manage infrastructure projects by centralizing all information in one place. We're looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our small team and contribute to the development of high-performing applications with the best user experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Flutter Developer at Sytex, you will work closely with our product team to create new features that add value to our users. You will be responsible for improving the performance, reliability, and overall user experience of our app. You will also participate in decision-making within the team and learn about the telco and infrastructure industry, as well as the solutions that Sytex brings to the sector.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with +3 years of solid experience in projects with object-oriented programming languages, including Dart, Java, Kotlin, C#, C++, Swift, and Typescript. You should have experience using Dart and Flutter, as well as experience writing unit and integration tests. We work using TDD, and it's a plus if you have experience with native mobile applications and Clean Architecture. You should be proactive, have the ability and interest in learning quickly in a highly iterative environment, and have a product vision that aims to improve the user experience. You should also agree that interpersonal and communication skills are just as important as technical knowledge, and think creatively to propose and improve solutions.
