- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Main Responsibilities:
">- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee all internal IT projects, ensuring that established objectives are met.
- Resource Definition: Identify and define the necessary resources for each project, including personnel, technology, and budget.
- Task and Time Planning: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, assigning tasks and setting deadlines.
- Internal Resource Coordination: Manage and coordinate all internal resources, ensuring effective collaboration and task completion.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Additional Tasks:
">- Assemble, connect, and configure new devices.
- Install and update software.
- Support in telephony (VoIP), configuration of printers and other devices.
- Implement security controls for computer systems.
- Manage backup copies of current systems.
- Coordinate remote communication with the rest of the team and support in possible needs in other work centers.
- Register and manage incidents.
- Act as a point of contact with external service providers.
- Administer Windows Server systems and virtualized environments.
