Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Director to lead our regulatory team and drive global regulatory strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current global regulatory standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead associates within the regulatory team and ensure sufficient training and development opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for financial targets, including cost center management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of regulatory activities.
  • Analyze group performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate the preparation and execution of regulatory documents.
  • Formulate and drive global regulatory strategy.
  • Generate, review, and approve internal regulatory guidance documents.
  • Establish and maintain sound working relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • Keep knowledge up-to-date regarding regulatory guidelines and requirements.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and represent the company in regulatory meetings.
