Role Overview

We are looking for a Jr. Digital Design Engineer Intern to assist in the development and design of high-performance power solutions, including power management and signal management functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of digital and mixed-signal ICs using leading-edge technologies and industry-standard ASIC tools.
  • Work closely with senior members of the Digital Design Team to achieve project milestones.
  • Develop RTL digital designs using Verilog and/or SystemVerilog, and perform behavioral modeling and digital verification using standard DV languages.
  • Perform synthesis, documentation, scripting, and automation tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/MS in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Digital Design/VLSI coursework.
  • Ability to follow instructions and design specifications.
  • Knowledge of ASIC development processes and digital design techniques.
  • Experience with standard RTL coding languages, including VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of power management industry applications, I2C, I3C, SPI, USB, PMBUS, and scripting and automation languages like TCL, Python, and C/C++.
