Clinical Project Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Director to oversee clinical trials from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory requirements.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing clinical projects from inception to completion, adhering to quality standards and regulatory guidelines. This includes leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical research, particularly in project management of clinical trials, as well as strong knowledge of clinical development processes and relevant regulatory requirements. You will also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and troubleshoot issues related to the project.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have a proven track record of success in managing global teams and international clinical trials, as well as experience working with clinical trial management software and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory, quality, data management, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, key milestones, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in Dermatology and rheumatology.
  • Extensive experience in clinical research, particularly in project management of clinical trials.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical development processes and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with clinical trial management software and project management tools.
