We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our marketing organization at Tendereasy Ab.

Tendereasy Ab is a leading software company that offers modular solutions to manage transportation end-to-end and enable our customers to achieve greener transportation processes.

The Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition and retention of customers for our Carrier subscription-based SaaS business. The role will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that move prospects through the funnel quickly, converting inbound leads into loyal customers within an average sales cycle.

The Campaign Manager will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-velocity campaigns and be able to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to attract, engage, and convert inbound leads efficiently.
  2. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Create automated workflows and personalized touchpoints that nurture leads through the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on accelerating the time from initial interest to conversion.
  3. Retention & Upsell Initiatives: Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to design campaigns that enhance customer retention, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities.
  4. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years working on high-velocity campaigns. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing strategies are essential.
